Super Tiny Desktop Shuffleboard

Mini desktop shuffleboard kit!

This super-tiny desktop shuffleboard set is surprisingly true to life. Complete with six sliding shuffleboard pucks, siding, and supports, you can actually play an itty-bitty game of shuffleboard.

The board is only one foot long, total, so you’ll have to be careful and precise with the tiny pucks. This is another great kit for display or for use from the good folks at RP Minis. As is tradition with their mini kits, this one comes with a miniature book as well–32 pages worth of trivia and rules about desktop shuffleboard.

While there are other miniature shuffleboard sets out there, this is definitely the smallest that we’ve come across!

If using a battery:

A rechargable Ni-MH battery is recommended for best performance and is a more cost-effective alternative to a common Alkaline (single-use) battery.

If using an Alkaline battery, it must be NEW. Refer to product information sheet included in box for recommended brands.DO NOT use a Carbon-Zinc battery (often labeled “Heavy-Duty”). This type of battery cannot produce enough power to operate the motor.

To get the most life out of the battery, use in intervals no greater than 5 to 10 minutes. Operating in this manner will yield approximately 45 minutes of use.

If your tube guy begins to get stuck in a downward position, it is time to replace the battery or recharge if using a rechargeable battery.

If using an AC adapter, it must follow the below specifications:

The smallest cow abduction we’ve seen!

This kit just cracks us up. At first glance, it looks like a simple, static model. But it does much more than that.

Complete with lights and sounds, and a cockpit that opens and closes, you’d think that this model is funny and cute. But wait–there’s more! The UFO comes complete with magnetic “abduction” ability that pulls the cow up, and automatically changes the lights and sounds to a new, post-abduction sequence.

This out-of-this-world kit for sci-fi lovers is loaded with special effects! It includes:

-3-inch diameter spaceship, equipped with a hinged cockpit dome from which a curious alien peers, and featuring multiple light and sound effects:

By opening the cockpit dome and pressing the alien’s head, sound of spaceship engine plays, followed by eerie pre-abduction music. Six blue lights around the spaceship flash in rotation. Additionally, two bright LED lights beneath the ship glow, casting a beam of light in search of a specimen to abduct.

When the spaceship is hovered in close proximity to the cow, a magnetically powered “abduction” occurs which simultaneously prompts new light and sound effects. Lights beneath the ship flash and music changes to a pulsating sound with intermittent cow mooing.
